“Food for Fines” November 1-30, 2014. For each non-perishable food item you bring in, the Glen Carbon Library will waive $1 in OVERDUE fines. (Fines for lost or damaged items are not included in this program.) Food items collected during the drive will be donated to the Glen-Ed Pantry.
