School Collections (Public and Private)

There are some easy ways to help our local schools. You can collect box tops, plastic lids, purchase Scrip from the school, shop with credit cards linked to your school.  Schools also recycle cell phones, keys, printer cartridges, plastic gift cards, and many other items. Items can usually be dropped off in the school office. Due to safety concerns, you may have to leave items with the resource officer at the school.

If you shop at Schnucks – make sure to use Schnuck’s eScrip card  It doesn’t cost you anything extra and isn’t a credit card. Just use the card when shopping at Schnucks. By designating your school, church, or organization as your local charity of choice, your designation will receive up to 3% of your monthly purchases.

Contact the school nurse to see if the school can use donations of new clothes, underwear, socks, shoes, backpacks, and basic school supplies.

Please contact the site to add your school and or the items you are collecting. We can help you make a difference. This list was compiled by a volunteer – please let us know if it is not accurate. For more information see Madison County Recycling Schools
